Eligibility Criteria
Below are the eligibility criteria for each discipline:

| Community Development | Postgraduate degree or diploma in Community Development or related fields with 60% marks. |
| Environment | First-class degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent with 60% marks. |
| Finance | Qualified CA/ICWA. |
| Legal | Law degree (3/5 years) with 60% marks. |
| Marketing & Sales | Recognized degree with an MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing with 60% marks. |
| Materials Management | Engineering degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks. |
| Personnel & HR | Postgraduate degree or diploma in HR/Industrial Relations with 60% marks. |
| Security | Graduate with experience in relevant fields. |
| Coal Preparation | B.Tech in Chemical/Mining Engineering with 60% marks. |
Application Fee
₹1,000 plus applicable GST (₹180), totaling ₹1,180. SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempted.
Selection Process
- Selection is based on the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
- Two papers: Paper-I (General Aptitude) and Paper-II (Professional Knowledge).
- No negative marking for incorrect answers.
