Rajasthan Board Exam 2025: Date Revised, Exams to Begin from March 6
The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (RBSE) has revised the schedule for the upcoming Class 10th and 12th board exams. Now, both exams will begin from March 6, 2025. The change has been made due to the Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET)-2024, which will be conducted on February 27, 2025.
Why Was the Exam Schedule Changed?
The Over 11 lakh candidates will appear for the REET-2024 exam. Managing the exam centers, staff arrangements, and other logistics for both exams simultaneously would have been challenging. Therefore, the board decided to revise the schedule for the board exams.
Revised Exam Schedule for RBSE Board Exams:

Total Registered Students and Exam Centers:
This year, a total of 19,39,645 students have registered for the board exams in Rajasthan. The registration includes:
- Senior Secondary Students: 8,66,270
- Secondary Students: 10,62,341
- Senior Upadhyay Students: 3,671
- Praveshika Students: 7,063
The exams will be conducted at 6,144 centers across the state.
About REET-2024:
The REET-2024 exam is scheduled for February 27, 2025. More than 11 lakh candidates will appear for this teacher eligibility test. Due to the large number of candidates and the logistical arrangements required, the board had to adjust its exam dates to ensure a smooth process.
