The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially notified the introduction of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence curriculum for students in Classes 3 to 8, effective from the academic session 2026–27.

- Introduce age-appropriate AI concepts and ethical considerations
- Enable interdisciplinary integration across Mathematics, Science, and Languages
- Foster project-based, experiential learning
- Prepare students with future-ready digital skills

🏫 District Level Deliberations 6 CPD Hours
Format: Offline, one-day workshop via Sahodaya Complexes
- Focus on CT & AI integration across Preparatory/Middle Stage
- Share best practices within CBSE framework
- Select top 3 presentations for national assessment
🎤 Expert-Led Talks in Schools 3 CPD Hours
Format: Half-day session (online/offline) by Lead Schools
- Internal or external experts on 7 sub-themes
- Supplement with CBSE online sessions
- Watch content on DD PM e-Vidya / CBSE TV
🌐 Regional Workshops 6 CPD Hours
Format: Online programs by CBSE Centres of Excellence
- Registration via online process
- Participation fee: ₹700
- Schools nominate teachers per CoE jurisdiction
