Who Can Apply?

Eligible applicants must:

• Be Indian citizens aged 21-24.
• Not be enrolled in full-time education or employment.

Eligible Qualifications:

• ITI Certification
• Diploma from Polytechnic Institutes
• Bachelor’s Degrees (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma, etc.)

Who is Not Eligible?

• Graduates from IITs, IIMs, NLU, IISERs, NIDs, IIITs.
• Holders of CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MBA, or any master's degree.
• Individuals currently enrolled in any government skill development or apprenticeship program.
• Those who have already completed NATS or NAPS training.
• Applicants with an annual family income exceeding ₹8 lakh.
• Those with family members as permanent or regular government employees.

Financial Benefits

• Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000 (₹500 from the company, ₹4,500 from the government via DBT).
• One-time Grant: ₹6,000 for incidental expenses.
• Training Cost: Covered by the host company’s CSR fund.
• Insurance Coverage: Provided under PMJJBY and PMSBY schemes.
